Instagram-Worthy Spots: Sacramento Edition
To be completely honest, I've always viewed Sacramento as one of the the lesser exciting places to visit. That all changed when my coworker Stacie [follow her on Instagram at @simply_cima!] moved to Sac town and I began to discover just how "up and coming" this little city has become. I've asked Stacie to collaborate on this post to share some of her favorite "Instagram-worthy spots", and I threw a couple of mine in to boot as well. Spoiler alert: there will be many more of these to come!
The perfect place to meet a friend for a refreshing juice or kombucha! They have a wide variety of delicious juices made in-house and serene decor. -@simply_cima
They share a patio with Temple Coffee on S Street, so this will definitely leave you debating "coffee OR wine" on a Saturday afternoon. I encourage you to choose wine every once in a while! Revolution creates all wine in-house and on tap. They offer a super deal - wine tastings are $10, but if you buy a bottle of wine, that tasting fee is waived. Plus, their food is super delicious too. -@simply_cima
This unique farm-to-fork menu features classic comfort-food with an urban twist. Visit when the weather is cool and enjoy one of their two darling patios! Parking tip: park on any edge of Capitol Park and stroll through the rose gardens on your way to brunch. -@simply_cima
The R Street Wall
I always make it a priority to stop by the WAL (Warehouse Artist Lofts) when in Sacramento. It's a fabulous warehouse on R street that's home to shoemakers, florists, rad boutiques and tasty eats. I love grabbing unique gifts and just wandering around the shops -- definitely worth a visit!
Last, but certainly not least is some must-stop coffee shops. Here's a few favs for both of us!: Temple Coffee (S street & K street), The Mill (1827 I St), and Insight Roasters (1014 10th St).
