Teeth Whitening for Sensitive Teeth and How to Win a Free Teeth Whitening Kit!

As someone who goes to bed looking forward to drinking her morning cup of coffee, you could say my indulgence doesn’t necessarily keep my teeth as pearly white as I’d like.

But seeing as I won’t be giving up my morning coffee anytime soon, I like to alternate using a teeth whitening product like a charcoal toothpaste a few times a month. I don’t like to use charcoal too often though because it can mess with enamel.

Lately, I’ve been seeing so many at-home whitening kit companies that I’ve been extra curious about taking things up a notch. I started to do some research on my options and then (I like to think it’s thanks to the power of manifestation), Smile Brilliant reached out to me to see if I’d like to try their Whitening Kit and if I liked it, partner with them to share a kit with my followers too. Win-win! I really only partner with brands that I already use or would purchase myself and I’ll share later how you can enter to win!

I originally began researching tray whitening companies because I wanted to find an option that wasn’t super intimidating and had some sort of option for sensitive teeth (mine are absurdly sensitive!).

I was totally impressed by how simple the entire process was with Smile Brilliant - I absolutely plan to use them in the future if I need any additional teeth whitening before a big event or something.

Here’s how it works

1. Make the mold and send it in a prepaid envelope. You’ll receive the whitening syringes in the first box.

2. Wait for molds to come in the mail and once they arrive, begin the process!

3. You simply open a syringe, place ⅓ of the syringe onto the upper and lower molds, set a timer for at least 45 mins and rinse. If you find yourself having tooth sensitivity, you can also request an extra gel to help with that.

Again, I have VERY sensitive teeth - I can only use natural toothpaste that isn’t super minty and can’t seem to use a Crest White Strip without immediately regretting it because of tooth pain, but I had zero issues with these trays. I used the sensitivity gel the first time I whitened and then found I really didn’t need it. Full disclosure: the taste of the sensitivity gel isn’t great, so if you don’t need it - skip it!

Here’s my before and after - coffee stains are way less noticeable!
